We are delighted to share with you that the new very environmentally friendly house we built in Somers as a passive house is functioning really well with no heating on frosty mornings Lynn is finding that the internal temperature is still above 16 degrees.

This really is the way for us all to build into the future. With this home being a shining example of our work we are entering it in the Master Builders Excellence in Housing Awards this to see if we can win another award.
