Possession enables the builder to organise the site, establish work schedules, and ensure the timely completion of the project, ultimately leading to a smoother and more efficient construction process. Upon commence of a new home build Croft Wootton Construction will invite a client to join their project management system. This is a cloud based communication platform that allows us to communicate with you anytime anywhere. On CoConstruct you can view photos, plans, brochures, approve choices, send messages, upload documents, view the budget actuals, see invoices paid, read the daily job log and keep track of the project milestones. CoConstruct keeps everything related to your new home build in one place.
In addition to this communication tool, Croft Wootton Construction will host regular on-site meetings with our client to provide reassurance the project is on being managed safely, securely and according to plans.
Generally a new home will take 12-18mth to build depending on the size and complexity of design. Factors that can delay a build will be material availability, poor weather, pandemic and building design changes
