We are a small building firm based on sound values and a willingness to try and help our customers with the realisation of their dreams. From the start of your project we will take care of everything; our aim is to take the hassle out of building .

Our experiences of property development both in Australia and the UK, enable us to put a strong emphasis on using sustainable materials, hypoallergenic products and a cost effective means of running your home.

Our aim is to build houses with the highest possible energy rating, recycle as much building waste as we possibly can and keep a clean tidy safe site at all times. A clean site is a happy site!

Matt Etheridge - Project Manager

Matt Etheridge - Project Manager

Matt is one of the Croft Wootton Construction’s longest serving team members and has a huge amount of varied experience – from onsite carpentry to site supervision, and now project management. He has a keen drive to get things done and always striving to please our customers.


Adam Moore - Senior Carpenter - Commercial Manager

Adam Moore - Senior Carpenter - Commercial Manager

Having had a career traveling the world as an officer on Super Yachts Adam decided to become a carpenter and settle down to a more creative lifestyle. After spending some time completing a mature apprenticeship, with a well respected peninsula builder, he spent a while working on The Block before coming to join our team at Croft Wootton Construction. In 2020 Adam was promoted to Commercial Manager to oversee all our Commercial Projects including local Government works.


Nick Wootton - Director

Nick Wootton - Director

With over 35 years in the building and construction industry, Nick brings a vast amount of experience to every project he takes on. Whether it be difficult renovations, or complicated new builds with innovative design features, Nick takes it all in his stride and always finds a way forward to achieve the result that pleases everyone.
It is Nick’s knowledge in Green Living Building that has led to Croft Wootton’s Construction’s success in this area.


Vanessa Wootton - Office Manager

Vanessa Wootton - Office Manager

As Nick’s wife, Vanessa knows the Croft Wootton Construction operations inside out and is responsible for the company’s administration – and seeing that every one gets paid on time.


Tony Jarden

Tony Jarden

Tony is a ‘Fully Qualified Carpenter’ and brings a ‘steady as she goes’ feel to each day. Extremely organised and thorough Tony’s work is perfectly precise.


Olivia Cox

Olivia Cox

Olivia is one of our apprentices. Olivia’s decision to become a carpenter was inspired by her love of wood working studies at secondary school. Olivia successfully completed wood working as a year 12 subject and is showing great acumen already for the construction process.


Nic McCulloch

Nic McCulloch

After years of successfully running his own car restoration business. After years of working with metal, grease, vinyl and spray paint Nic has moved to working with natural wood. As a mature aged apprentice Nic has quickly become a valuable part of the team.


Casey Plymin

Casey Plymin

Casey is a ‘Fully Qualified Carpenter’ with many years of experience.. A man of all trades Casey can in fact do almost anything! We admire Casey for his dogged to determination to get the job done no matter what the weather conditions may be. All companies need a Casey on the team.


Lachlan Alsop

Lachlan Alsop

Lachy is our newest apprentice carpenter. Lachy completed Year 12 at Mornington Secondary College in 2022 which included a school-based part time apprenticeship with Croft Wootton Construction. We are looking forward to helping Lachy develop into a fine young carpenter.
